Welcome to GCA! We’re glad you’re interested in finding out more about our school. We hope you’ve gotten to know us a bit while visiting our website. Now it’s our turn to get to know you!
The inquiry form is the first step in our admissions process, giving us a glimpse into your interests and priorities. It also provides us with your contact information so that we can get in touch with you. After you fill out the form, Naila Betances-Diaz, enrollment services director, will answer any questions you might have and will guide you through the next steps in the admissions process. As always, feel free to reach us via email at [email protected] or phone at 706-625-7139.
If you’re an international student, you will also need to submit a guardian information/commitment form and provide 12 months of bank statements (showing proof of adequate funds to support student expenses). Once you’re accepted for admission, GCA will issue an I-20. You will then obtain a student visa (F-1) by presenting the I-20 in your home country.
Step 1: Fill Out Inquiry Form
To begin the admissions process, please click on this step and fill out our inquiry form. Once the inquiry form is submitted, a representative from our admissions team will be in touch as to the next step.
Step 2: Complete Application Form
After completing the inquiry form, you will receive an email from our enrollment services director with a link to set up a personal account through GCA Connect, our student information system. The rest of the application process will happen using GCA Connect.
Step 3: Submit Documentation
The following documents can be uploaded onto GCA Connect after your account has been created:
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Two Recommendations (teacher/principal and other)
- Release of Confidential Information
Step 4: Complete Financial Plan
Once all the necessary documentation is submitted, we’ll develop a financial plan for your family that will outline your monthly commitment, taking into account student work earnings and any scholarships or financial assistance.
