Annual Fund

An unrestricted donation to the Annual Fund will be used in a variety of ways depending on the current needs of the school. Typically, these funds are used for worthy student scholarships, academic enhancements, and capital needs.

Worthy Student Fund/Student Support

When you give to the Worthy Student Fund, these gifts go to work immediately in assisting students with financial needs. Almost 70 percent of our students receive some kind of financial assistance in order to stay in school. Without your faithful and generous support to this fund, many of our students would not be able to experience the spiritual, academic, physical, and social nurturing that GCA offers.

Forward Together Campaign

Partner with us in taking GCA into a thriving future! You can support our work in renovating dormitories, updating and expanding academic spaces, increase student financial support, and enhance our programs and services when you give to the Forward Together Campaign!

Mission Trips

In addition to serving the surrounding community, GCA also encourages students to serve those in need on national and international levels. Working in coordination with relief service organizations such as ADRA, Maranatha, African Mission Services, and the People of Peru Project, students participate in rebuilding homes, building churches and schools, assisting in orphanages, and helping with water projects. Your gifts provide funding towards the expenses required for students to participate.

The Greg Gerard Student Opportunities Fund

Your gift to this fund will ensure all students can participate in a mission trip, team sports, musical groups, or perhaps the European study tour. This fund was established in 2022 to honor Dr. Gerard’s 20-year legacy of leadership as principal of Georgia-Cumberland Academy. He envisioned providing resources through this fund so that students are able to engage in some of the “extras” that make the GCA experience so rich. Thousands of dollars are given out in scholarships each year to help students access these experiences.

Parents in Support of GCA (PSGCA)

Parents in Support of GCA (PSGCA) is an organization of parents who wish to share their time, abilities, and other resources to enhance Georgia-Cumberland Academy and make the quality of life better for students and faculty. When you give to the PSGCA Fund your donation will help fund the various projects initiated by PSGCA.

Music Programs

Your donations to this giving option will help support the musical groups of Georgia-Cumberland Academy. These monies are used to fund tours and help defray the cost of music and instruments and other expenses related to our music performing groups. You can designate a specific music program by selecting this giving option and then writing the specific name of the group you want to support in the comment box.

Sports Program

A gift to the Sports Program helps defray the cost of our varsity sports teams, which include guys’ and girls’ varsity basketball, girls’ volleyball, and guys' soccer, and gymnastics. These funds are used to defray the cost of travel, tournament fees, uniforms, and other related expenses.

Sports Sponsorship Program

Partner with the GCA Booster Program by sponsoring a banner that features your business name and logo or a family name. Sponsorship funds received help with travel costs to games and tournaments, warmup shirts for our athletes, and equipment, among other items.
