Guidance and Learning Lab
The learning lab offers academic support to students who require additional assistance with their studies. The goals of the learning lab includes helping students prioritize or review assignments, prompting them to use learning strategies to complete tasks, and planning for upcoming assignments and tests. In addition to the learning lab hours we can also offer peer tutoring in most curriculum. Services are offered upon request of the student, parent or teacher.
Sometimes adult tutors are required and we will assist students and families in making those connections. We have peer tutors who work in both residence dorms during study halls that can provide additional help to students.
