From weekly emails, events on campus, streaming of games and special programs, and an active social media presence, we want you to feel connected!

Communication

Whether you’re a dorm or village parent, you play an important role in your child's education, and at GCA, we want to make sure you know what’s happening on campus. That's why we seek to communicate with you regularly and thoroughly. Every week we send out the GCA Update via email, which contains announcements, the schedule for the weekend, and upcoming events.

A wealth of information is also available through GCA Connect, our student information system. This portal allows you to access your child’s classes and assignments and grades so you can check in and monitor their progress if you so choose. Once you apply to GCA, you’ll be given a GCA Connect login.

If you have questions about how to access GCA Connect or pay your tuition bill, you can find answers to your tech questions here.

The Parent Manual is another resource that provides in-depth information about the school, including banquet etiquette, class colors, uniforms, tutoring, and which staff to contact for various needs.

Parents’ Weekend

Each fall GCA hosts a Parents’ Weekend that features all musical groups, Acroflyers, great speakers, inspiring testimonies, class-on-class football mania, and an appreciation brunch. You don’t want to miss this exciting weekend and the chance to meet other parents and spend time with your child. Register today!

Online Tuition Payment

GCA provides an easy online tuition payment method. Not only can you pay for tuition, but you can also pay for extra expenses such as banquets and athletic fees, in addition to transferring money to your child’s student bank account.

PSGCA

If you have a child enrolled at GCA, you’re automatically a member of Parents in Support of GCA. This organization was created years ago in an effort to engage parents in the life of the school and show support to the students and faculty. The mission of PSGCA is “to support GCA, the students and faculty, utilize our time and other resources to attain the highest academic and spiritual standards and enhance the program for our children.”

Each year a group of parents are selected to serve on the leadership committee. For more information or questions regarding PSGCA, please email [email protected].
